Two prenatal visits (birth education, comfort measures, birth plan review) During Labor: Continuous emotional reassurance and encouragement Hands-on comfort measures (counter-pressure, massage, acupressure) Assistance with breathing and relaxation techniques Guidance and support for partner participation Suggestions for optimal labor positions and movement Help with creating and maintaining a calm environment (lighting, music, aromatherapy if desired) Support for decision-making when unexpected changes arise Up to two hours postpartum support immediately after birth One postpartum visit within two weeks
