Hello, my name is Stephanie Reynolds and I am a Birth and Lactation Doula and a Naturopath in Redwood Valley, California. My passion is to help empower individuals to live their lives in a positive and impactful self-awareness and self-advocation. As a Doula and a Naturopath I believe in providing education that will empower the laboring person throughout the pregnancy and childbirth process enabling the pregnant person and their partner to focus on the birthing experience. I strive to create a positive environment without judgement for all in the birthing process by providing informational, emotional, and physical support.

Private Pay Doula Services

This service provides a 90 minute initial visit and up to 8 prenatal visits with delivery support plus postpartum lactation support with postpartum follow-up supports. All services can be done, virtual, by phone or in-person. You can customize this package to fit your budget. Price range is $1000.00 - $4500.00

What to expect

Nutrition Consultations - Holistic Nutritional Consultations promoting health and well-being through nutrition. Clients will be educated on the impact that nutrition has on overall health. Therapeutic Bodywork - Therapeutic Bodywork consists of promoting physical health and emotional and spiritual well-being through various systems of touch and manipulation, relaxation techniques, and practices designed to affect the body’s energy flow. Birth Doula - Doula services consist of peripartum education and assistance with birth planning for both the birthing person and the birth partner, physical and emotional support throughout the childbirth process, lactation support following childbirth, and postpartum follow-up.

How do I provide services outside of my local area?

I offer virtual services for child birth education, we cover what you need to know about home, birthcenter, and hospital births, as well as knowing your rights about your care.

Can you provide in-person support outside of your local area?

That depends on your physical location. I am located in Northern California and I am willing to travel within reason. I can provide virtual support during labor and delivery working with your local support companion on comfort and care measures as well as patient advocacy.

Do you provide overnight postpartum care?

No. I provide postpartum education support, answering your questions about breast/chest feeding, bottle feeding, etc. Sleep and nutritional needs, including meal prep and managing postpartum stress and visitors.

How much does Stephanie charge?

Stephanie's Private Pay Doula Services package is $4,500 USD, flat rate.
