I plan to give birth at a hospital by natural birth. I am looking for a birthing doula that would be there with me and my partner at the hospital; help in emotional, physical and partner support. Emotional support in a sense to reduce anxiety and increase comfort throughout pregnancy, labour and delivery; meanwhile physical support by providing pain management strategies, relaxation methods, breathing techniques, and massage/counter-pressure.
