Hello, I am looking for a Doula that contracts with UHC Community Plan. I'm looking for a doula to support me through labor and delivery. My first birth was traumatic, so this time I’m hoping to have someone who can provide continuous support, help me feel informed and confident in my decisions, and advocate for myself and my birth preferences throughout L&D.

- Preparation to have baby at birthing center; would like to be at home so I can have a water birth since banner doesn’t allow it - using Medicaid (Arizona Complete health) - birth plan: no vaccinations, no eye ointment, no vitamin k shot; no back delivery; no epidural or IV pain medication, no mobile restrictions, postpartum IV placement, breastfeeding -

My experience with my doula there was amazing and I don’t think I would have been able to manage the pain without her.
