With over 15 years of experience supporting families in the metro Atlanta area and beyond, I am a postpartum doula who specializes in gentle, overnight newborn care. Certified in CPR, lactation education, and newborn care, I’ve had the honor of serving hundreds of families as they welcome their little ones home. My approach is rooted in helping babies establish healthy sleep habits, fostering strong parent and baby bonding, and creating a peaceful nighttime rhythm that supports the entire household. I’m passionate about providing care that is nurturing, low-pressure, and centered on the unique needs of each family. My goal is to make those early weeks feel supported, restful, and full of confidence, so you can focus on what matters most: connecting with your baby and settling into this beautiful new season.
