Primary

Monthly group prenatals with The Madison Doula Collective - 2 prenatal and 1-2 postpartum visits, - 24 hr on-call service starting at time of hire. - Guidance in relaxation techniques and mp3 with head to toe guided relaxation. - Assistance with birth preferences (birth plan) and postpartum planning. - Unlimited phone and e-mail contact. Information to support knowledgeable decision making. - Information on noninvasive techniques to encourage a breech baby to turn if needed. - Mini Dancing for Birth class * to help ensure optimal fetal positioning, speed labor and optimize comfort. - labor support, home and hospital - Referrals for services that are outside of my scope of practice.
