I am specializing in virtual online childbirth classes and lactation services particularly for parents on bed rest and who want to do sessions at home online.

This is a 2 week series of part 1 and 2 for 2.5 hours each class. There will be a 10 minute break for each class. In first class, will learn about your anatomy and how it works for labor. Pre labor signs, stages and phases of labor, comfort techniques of how to go through naturally with relaxation/breathing. In part 2 will learn visualization relaxation, breathing for labor, possible intervention, medications used for labor and postpartum physical/emotional
