Hello, my name is Taylor LaForm and I am a certifying birth and postpartum doula! I am located in Hamilton Ontario. I see birth as a private intimate bodily process, that's process needs to be protected. I believe any birthing person can have a birth they love with the right support and guidance. I also believe every family needs and deserves care, love, support during their postpartum experience. I am here to provide unconditional support to your family! When I am not working on my doula buissnes I am working as a nanny, between this and the fact that I am still certifying I am able to offer doula services for low prices! Service introduction

As a birth and postpartum doula I understand everyone needs to be supported differently and doula support won't look the same for anyone but here's what I usually do; Prepartum Education, support, emotional support, help with resources, exercises, support with difficult conversations, birth preferences,... And anything you might find useful before baby comes. During labour and birth Physical support (counter pressure, massage, TENS machine, etc), emotional support, translation of "doctor talk", extra pair of eyes, support for the birthing partner, guides,... And anything else that will be useful to you during labour and birth. Postpartum Household tasks, support, education, night time support, breastfeeding support, debriefing birth, newborn care,... And anything else that might be useful to your family postpartum.
