Certified massage therapist, specializing in perinatal massage, as well as, birth/postpartum doula and instructor of yoga and bodywork. In my experience of honoring therapeutic touch and practicing the art of mindful movement, I'm continually delighted to unearth new and fruitful ways to help clients and students take root into their bodies.
