About me

Hello my name is Bettina Borrelli. I am 30 year old Mexican, Italian and East Indian, American. Born and raised in San Diego, California. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2016 and was certified in 2019 for Prenatal and Perinatal Massage Therapy. That same year of 2019 I became a certified Birth Doula. I have assisted with many births in a birthing clinic and in the hospital and also have had the gift of being the Doula for my sister. I’ve always had the soul of a caretaker and a love and interest for assisting with bringing a new life into this world. Ever since I started this new career path. I’ve realized that I have found my passion, helping mothers and their families start their new chapter with their brand new baby. Stay Rooted ! Doula Services. My Essentials is the Doula care phone and texting communication answering questions, fears, or just random pains that you need someone to bounce ideas to feel gounded again. From 37 weeks on with continuous support through active labor delivery and early postpartum, pluse more! I also am available for Prenatal / Perinatal Massage Therapy at my studio in La Jolla. I also offer non pregnant massage if needed for partners or Postpardum.

These 2 massages are for mothers who are looking for continuous care throughout their pregnancy so they can stay connected as they enjoy a relaxing deep tissue massage with elective, Pelvic Floor massage. Grounding and rooting mother and baby together as they grow physically, emotionally, and mentally together throughout the gestational period. These massages could also be for postpartum mothers, who are looking to start their recover physically and emotionally. Also available for non pregnant massages - medi cupping - acupressure- Swedish massage and more Price is including 2 - 60 min massages at a discounted rate for the clients who MENTION through BORNBIR.

We are beyond grateful for Bettina as our doula for the birth of our son. She immediately felt like a family member upon first interaction. She was wonderful teaching me and my husband techniques to prepare for birth, incorporating our ideas and needs, and helping our birth be the magical experience we were hoping for.
