Dr. Gouch is the founder of Sacred Soul Wellness LLC, an Integrative Health & Wellness Center located in Montgomery, AL, and Clarksville, TN. She is a Mind-Body therapist, Doula, and Somatic bodyworker, focused on evidence-based education, research, and services that support natural, holistic healing. Dr. Gouch offers a variety of products and services that support whole-body wellness through education and intentional living. She is licensed and certified in a full spectrum of integrative health therapies with specialized training in Holistic Health Coaching, Yoga Therapy, Tai Chi, Massage Therapy, Meditation, Energy Work, Sound Therapy, and more. Her approach is just the right mix of East meets West, utilizing customized wellness plans to meet the needs of her clients seeking balance, relief from chronic pain and traumas, and lifestyle changes that support the WHOLE person. Dr. Gouch is passionate about serving as a birth-worker in the capacity of a full-spectrum doula covering (birth, postpartum, abortion support, death/loss, etc.). Every family's birth story is unique, and her services and support are designed to support and meet the mother/family where they need most. She is honored to serve you and prepare and nurture your sacred space and journey through fertility, motherhood, and beyond. Her specialty birthing services include prenatal/postnatal massage, prenatal/postnatal yoga, sacred ceremony for postpartum healing and recovery, Maya Abdominal Massage, spiritual healing and ritual ceremonies, and Tending the Belly for all phases of womanhood. Her current community commitments and engagement include services with the Department of Veterans Affairs, supporting local families in the River Region and Music City, and surrounding cities as a Community Doula, and serving as a Prison Doula as part of the Alabama Prison Birth Project. She has served as a Tennessee Ambassador for Healthy Birthday, Inc. and Count the Kicks, addressing infant mortality and stillbirth prevention, and as a stakeholder member for a special project in collaboration with The Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) and Iowa Department of Public Health. I offer pre/post natal massage, pre/postnatal yoga, Full spectrum Doula services, labor support, birth planning, yoni steams, Arvigo Therapy Massage for pre/post womb care, specialty herbal teas and nutrition support for pre and postpartum wellness. I don't currently accept insurance but if you have a plan that approves your doula services to be covered or are a veteran, please provide information or request a consult to my practice.
