Service introduction

I serve pregnant teens, single adults, queer and cis families, infertile couples, undocumented and surrogate families. I offer trauma-conscious prenatal, birth and postpartum care that may include infertility treatments, food therapy, birth plans, accompanying doctor or midwife visits, labor coaching (with your birth partner), rebozo (scarf) therapy, sound therapy, labor induction, surrogate support, stress management support, herbal formulation, meditation, tongue diagnosis, acupressure and tapping training, labor support, breast milk improvement, prenatal yoga, and pediatric acupressure.

Soundbirth Prenatal Support
Five prenatal visits beginning in the first and second trimester to support the development of the fetus and re-enforce the physical and emotional body of the client. Access to healing arts, herbal formulation, and meditative movement. Can be completed in person or done remotely.

Songland Fertility Package
Supports one month of weekly fertility work to improve chances of impregnation through IVF, egg transplantation, or sperm donation. Client will receive interpretation of medical reports for fertility, report basal body readings, get feedback in Chinese medicine diagnosis. In addition: tongue diagnosis, herbal formulation, food therapy, stress management, couple/single parent childbirth education, emotional body reflections, meditative movement, sound therapy, and lifestyle change coaching.

Soundbirth Pre-Labor Training
This is a beautiful baby shower gift! This support given in the final trimester to prepare for the birth experience for vaginal or c-section delivery. This training is for the birthing person and one accompanying labor partner. Together you learn induction methods, breath techniques, meditative practices, labor techniques, healing arts and immediate aftercare. (up to 3.5 hrs of training)
