I Need help and guidance as a first time older mom.

I am looking for extra in any support that I can at the moment I’m currently going through a divorce and my husband is not going to be a part of any of the process or the babies life. I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’m not sure what my budget is right now as I am new to all of this so I don’t know where it ranges and also I don’t have a birth plan because I’m not sure what that’s supposed to look like this is all very new to me and I’m under a lot of anxiety and I don’t even know where to start.

I do not want to give birth at the hospital, but at a birthing center for the most natural birth/ freedom to decide what I want for me and my baby. Hi! I'm a first time mom with Cigna, looking for a doula to help support me as a woman with several risk factors, like lichen sclerosis, advanced maternal age, and anxiety. I'd like a doula for prenatal consultation(s), labor support, and breastfeeding education/assistance. We'd like to cap out out-of-pocket budget around $1,000, if possible. We live in Jersey City and would like some local, with strong certifications and experience.

Want to be able to be free from any hospital restrictions of movement, would consider a birthing center as top option. Looking for an African American dollar, one who has experience with older pregnancy (41years old).and for my specific wishes at birth, to be adhered to and to help with lactation and post partum.
