I am a birth doula. I was certified in 2018 by DONA international. Since then I have continued to learn all I can about birth. The more I learn the more I am in awe of how we are created and the amazing transformation a woman's body makes as she grows and nurtures her baby. I love supporting my clients and their families whether it's their 1st or 5th baby, It's an incredible experience. I want women to have a birth story that empowers them and that they feel they were prepared, heard and supported!

I am so incredibly grateful that I made the decision to hire Trina as our doula. She offered so much support during our pregnancy, birth and postpartum experiences. During our pregnancy, she was able to provide answers to our questions, home visits to support our family and a countless number of resources (both printed and digital). She was able to guide us on stretches, breastfeeding, birth preparation and anything else we could have needed. During birth, Trina was extremely attentive. She made sure I stayed hydrated, ate snacks and helped to manage my pain naturally by switching positions. She offered support and guidance to my husband so he could be my primary birth support person. She went above and beyond with offering encouragement, hands on support and emotional words of affirmation. She was extremely positive, uplifting and there every step of the way. Postpartum, we had Trina come to our home the night we came home from the hospital. She helped us get organized, did laundry, helped hold our daughter and rock her so my husband and I could sleep and even baked a delicious breakfast casserole. She provided a full detailed plan of our birth on her postpartum visit along with thoughtful gifts. Trina exceeded all expectations I had of what supports our doula would provide to us. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any expecting mother.
