Hospital or birthing center, home would be ideal but I want coverage if possible instead of out of pocket. I have Indiana medicaid No vaccines at birth, no vitamin k, baby stays with parents, midwife or advocate that respects my wants and needs

I plan to give birth in a hospital. I want to do it without an epidural. Im open to other medicinal interventions and definitely non medicinal interventions. I want my husband to be there and be my support. I want calming environment and God centered motivation. I have no idea what our budget is. We dont have a lot of money so cheaper is better but we won't necessarily cut must have things.

I am currently planning to give birth at cdh. I’m not sure what an appropriate budget for a doula is so I guess I’m interested in rates. I’d hope to not go over a thousand dollars but like I said I don’t know what is appropriate. I’d like to give birth with the least amount of interventions possible. I will be doing a vbac labor, my first baby will be 2 and 2 months at the date of the delivery and was a cesarían because she was breech presenting.

I was looking for doula services that would be covered by my Medicaid’s BCBS Community health insurance. My hope is to have a vaginal delivery. Hi! I wanted to share a little about the support I’m hoping for during labor. I’d really like to try for an unmedicated birth if possible, so having help with breathing, positioning, and counter pressure during contractions would mean a lot. My priorities are being able to move freely, delivering in the position I choose, delayed cord clamping, and keeping interventions minimal if everything is safe. I’d also love a calm, dark, peaceful environment. My pregnancy has IUGR, so there’s a chance I may need to deliver earlier than expected. I’m hoping for someone who can support me emotionally, help advocate for me if needed, and also guide my partner on how he can best support me during labor.
