I have a midwife team- "Team Ocean"- and I want it to be as calming, natural, spiritual as possible. I'd like to avoid the hospital as much as possible, that being said i am also 39 years old and this is our first. Im just looking for guidance for ease and wonder what sort of costs having a doula would be.
