Hello, my daughter is expecting for first time and is terrified of all entails, though very excited for baby. She's 12 weeks and has so much morning sickness. She's also not good with getting blood drawn gives her major anxiety. Last time they tried I hospital she was so freaked out she moved and it busted. I had two beautiful and empowering unmediated births at a birth center with midwives with my singleton babies, but will have to give birth at the hospital for the first time for this pregnancy. All natural and as quick as possible lol This is my 4th baby, I barely have time to go to kaiser's prenatal appts, am I allowed to use my 2 prenatal appts as stretching/ massage in my 3rd trimester? A birth doula to help me advocate for a natural birth, I had 2 positive births at kaiser, at my last my 3 year old daughter wanted to see and witnessed her little sister be born. I did have my placenta encapsulated last time and thought it made a huge difference! Is that covered by medi cal? Or an extra fee? I think I want to use those other 8 appts as postnatal appts! Im still breastfeeding my 1 year old and plan to breastfeed throughout the pregnancy, then tandem feed, I'm pretty confident in that area but am constantly doing stuff for everyone else, I'd love a massage or someone to cook dinner and clean the kitchen, maybe help with the older kids bedtime routine if the baby isn't on the same schedule, or help making breakfast and packing up lunch one morning so the rest of the day feels easier, it's going to be the middle of summer!
