I’m looking for a birth doula who is very holistic, trauma informed and has an embodied approach, I want recommendations for food, stretches and birth prep support. I want someone hands on who can be really interactive with showing my boyfriend what to do. I want to have the options to prepare at home and then also have a birthing center space set up if I want to switch at the time. Would love to spend around $2000 or less.

I need a midwife that is CNM certified so that Tricare will cover it. Unfortunately we cannot afford a midwife on our own and need to walk through what our insurance will cover. We don't know our situation yet as far as a home birth or needing a midwife to meet us at a nearby hospital when the time comes so we would love someone able to do either one. One big factor in desiring a midwife is to have the personal care and time of the same provider at each baby appointment and to be able to reach out to that midwife at anytime if I have questions or concerns along the way in pregnancy.

Planning for a hospital birth as a first time mom. Im looking for a patient advocate who will respect my non invasive birth plan including denying vaccinations during my hospital stay, trying for a natural birth, and a calm environment. My insurance will cover the birth and a few visits prior to the birth.

Plan to give birth at ucsf mission bay. 3,000, medicated if needed. I just want a doula for support and to be an advocate during labor.
