I'm open to getting an epidural but really want to see how far I can progress without pain medications. I plan to deliver vaginally. I'm open to any kinds of other pain relief tools. I plan to give birth at the hospital. My budget is flexible as but am hoping to go through insurance. I have Blue Shield of CA insurance.

Kaiser Permante downtown SF Insurance covered Ideally unmedicated vaginal birth but flexible. Female on Doulas and ideally muslim for cultural and religious understanding but not a hard requirement. I am with Kaiser so it should be covered by insurance
