All natural and as quick as possible lol This is my 4th baby, I barely have time to go to kaiser's prenatal appts, am I allowed to use my 2 prenatal appts as stretching/ massage in my 3rd trimester? A birth doula to help me advocate for a natural birth, I had 2 positive births at kaiser, at my last my 3 year old daughter wanted to see and witnessed her little sister be born. I did have my placenta encapsulated last time and thought it made a huge difference! Is that covered by medi cal? Or an extra fee? I think I want to use those other 8 appts as postnatal appts! Im still breastfeeding my 1 year old and plan to breastfeed throughout the pregnancy, then tandem feed, I'm pretty confident in that area but am constantly doing stuff for everyone else, I'd love a massage or someone to cook dinner and clean the kitchen, maybe help with the older kids bedtime routine if the baby isn't on the same schedule, or help making breakfast and packing up lunch one morning so the rest of the day feels easier, it's going to be the middle of summer! I’m looking for a doula to help support me during labor and to communicate my wishes to the nurses and doctors during labor. I’m a first time mom and don’t fully know what to expect with labor and would like to minimize stress on me and my husband as much as possible. I will be delivering at Kaiser and would like an unmedicated natural birth with help from you on how to manage pain, breastfeeding, and different laboring positions. I have Kaiser insurance HMO and am looking for someone who takes that insurance

I’m pregnant with didi twins. I had two beautiful and empowering unmediated births at a birth center with midwives with my singleton babies, but will have to give birth at the hospital for the first time for this pregnancy. I’d love to find a doula that has experience with twin pregnancy/birth and someone who can help me advocate for a minimal intervention birth (if everything continues as normal and healthy) as much as possible.
