The primary focus of this position is to assist me with my physical recovery and overall well-being. Duties may include helping me move safely, assisting me in and out of bed or chairs as needed, preparing light meals and snacks, ensuring I stay hydrated, helping me stay on top of my medications, providing emotional support, and performing light household tasks such as tidying, dishes, and light laundry so I can focus on healing. I am looking for someone who understands C-section recovery and can help make the postpartum period less physically demanding. No direct newborn care is required, as their grandmother will be assisting with that. My primary insurance is Blue shields of CA POS through Optum Medical Netwrok My secondary insurance is Anthem Blue Cross HMO through Optum Medical Network.

Hi! I am a second time mom who will be delivering at HOAG hospital Newport. My first pregnancy was very chaotic because my son came 6 weeks early without any warning. I want to be much more prepared this time around and I am planning on choosing to go unmedicated as last time he came so unexpectedly I choose to get the epidural immediately without much time to think about it nor did I have a plan going into that birth.
