I plan to give birth at Queens Honolulu in Oahu, HI. I plan to give birth naturally and would like a supportive doula that provides birth support and help with pain management strategies. I plan to give birth in the hospital, but still desire as minimal invasive procedures as possible. I would also like a doula that is able to give education and support prior to the delivery on what to expect and knows the resources available at Queens hospital and in Oahu. We are looking for a Doula who can work with us leading up to birth, be there for the birth to help advocate and support me, and we’re considering a doula for postpartum but it’s not as necessary. 1. I’m supposed to give birth at hospital. 2. We are looking to get pricing. We aren’t really sure right now in terms of budget. 3. I’m having twins. I want a vaginal birth. I don’t want to be on my back, I don’t want epidural but if I have to due to c-section so be it. I want delayed clamping, I want the umbilical cord/organ to come out naturally I don’t want them tugging on it. Hello, I'm planning on delivering at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, VA. This will be my 3rd birth and aiming for a VBAC (first was vaginal after several days of induction and long labor in 2022 and second was C-section after several days of induction and short period of pushing in 2024). My current doctor (used for my first birth) fully supports/encourages my choice for a VBAC. I'm looking for someone to help me navigate this birth, hopefully avoiding a C-section and understanding my options with inductions related to VBACs. Budgeting $2700 max

Giving birth in Fredericksburg, Virginia (Mary Washington Hospital.) EDD is 4/28/26 but I am AMA and have been told they won't let me go past 39 weeks, which would be delivery around 4/21. It is the first birth for both me and my husband. I have gestational diabetes but it is fully diet controlled and I've been given no indication that I'll need to be induced earlier or have a c-section. I am hopeful to go spontaneously before needing to be induced, because I really want to avoid an epidural (I don't mind other pain meds, but I do not want to be numb), and I've heard that being induced makes it much more likely you'll need an epidural. We've done all of our birth classes already (labor and delivery, breastfeeding, home with baby) so mostly looking for delivery support at this point. Never thought about using a doula until this last week or so, which is why I'm a little late to the game!
