I plan to give birth at UMC Hospital. I hope i can find a doula that is either covered by pregnancy medicaid or Walmart BCBS. I want to go for an all natural birth as much as possible and get tips about what I can do to prepare for it. I dont have a full birth plan but I want to give birth on all fours and with no pitocin.
