I was taking herbal supplements to regulate my menstrual cycle and relieve chronic migraines. Since finding out I'm pregnant I had to stop my herbal medicine. I'm back to suffering from migraines and extreme nausea. I'm seeking natural and organic prenatal care, and coaching for me and my support team. For my birthing process, I want natural, organic, and holistic care, this is a spiritual journey, and I don't think hospitals nor my apartment can accommodate. I would need a birthing center, with the option for water birth, in a dark and calm environment.

Giving birth at Carl. R. Darnell Army medical center, I am covered under tricare prime for 6 hours of doula care and an untimed visit during birth. I am 17 weeks with no birth plan yet.
