I want a doula that is well educated in birth delivery and can be present to make sure everything in my birth plan is followed while I'm in labor! Beforehand I would like a doula that can tell me the changes in my body in my third trimester, and what actions I need to take to make birth easier to cope with! Somebody that knows the exercises that matter, and how and what I need to do to have a successful NATURAL birth!
