I am looking for a well experienced provider to help guide and give tips before baby is born and how to maintain a good supply along the way.
I'm approaching birth as naturally as possible, with little to no interventions. Planning on giving birth at the Woman and Infants hospital in the ABC room, but if it's not available then a regular labor and delivery room.

I live in Ledyard, CT, but I plan to give birth at South County Hospital in Wakefield, RI. I am still working out the details of my birth plan, but I am hoping to have an unmedicated birth. I am having twins. Will deliver is hospital ok with epidural want a vaginal birth of possible. Do not want episotomy unless medically necessary. I do not know what to expect finance wise for a doula I would like someone to help me with labor and delivery and guide me in the days/ weeks leading up to it. I would like assistance on prepping for lactation and maybe help postpartum with that as well as any other assistance.
