I am a Mom of 4 adult children and a Mema to 4 beautiful grandchildren. I have been a RN in Labor & Delivery, NBN, Postpartum, Antepartum and Lactation for over 30 years. I am also a certified labor and postpartum doula through CAPPA since 2021. I began my business, Mema D's Doula Services in March 2021, serving expectant and new parents throughout Central Wisconsin. I worked in labor and delivery/postpartum for 4 years and now work in Pediatrics in a clinic setting. My passion is helping mothers find their own, unique path into motherhood, while keeping the roots of who they are. I enjoy helping mothers feel confident with breastfeeding, however that may look for them: latching baby at breast, exclusively pumping, combo feeding, supplementing formula, etc - or even helping them realize they are an amazing mother even when they can’t, or don’t want to breastfeed any longer.
