Hospital We have Kaiser we hope it's within health coverage. Birth plan, hoping for all natural, want to have delayed cord clamping "golden hour". I need someone to help guide me and coach me. The number one thing right now is that I haven’t been able to stomach anything including liquids although I am consistent on trying to ingest stuff.
