Need help at night so I can get a good night’s rest and essentially be able to “reset”, so I am able to be a better mom in the long run. I currently feel that because I am so sleepy during the day, that I’m not as good of mom. I want to have the energy during the day to be more productive as well.

Hello Destiny, I have never experienced a doula before so not really knowledgeable on how this works. I am wanting to go natural this time around and just need the support and help to get through this birth. Just having a person that knows the ins and ours and who can really make me feel confident with this decision is must for me. If this may be you please dont hesitate to reach out. Hope to hear from you soon!!
