Hello, looking for help for 3-7 days (depending on price) for a couple hours a day to help my cousin with her baby. Baby was just born Dec 28 2025, and she’s really struggling mentally and with the baby. The baby is not sleeping well at all and she’s having trouble latching him on to breast feed. I want to provide her support, she feels like she is failing as a mom and I know what it’s like to feel that way (I work as active duty military and am a single mom so I can’t really take too much time to help her my self right now). Looking for someone kind and empathetic with experience and knowledge for a couple days to help reset and try to get the baby into a rhythm. Hopefully try to set up some type of sleeping arrangements to help her feel a little better and not so lost. TLDR: Post partum care, breast feeding issues, sleep training, light housekeeping just general support for her) My estimated budget is 3 hours a day, $20 an hour, for at minimal 3 days(180$ total) depending on if she’s comfortable I would like to make it a week (7days.) potential for $420.

We’re a married couple expecting our first child and are looking for a supportive, experienced doula for one-hour prenatal and postpartum sessions covered by our Anthem PPO plan. We are in our mid-to-late thirties with a small senior dog. Mom is a high-risk pregnancy with higher anxiety, so we’re looking for someone calm, reassuring, and experienced in supporting first-time parents. Our primary goal is to build confidence through hands-on guidance and education rather than just caregiving. We would love support with newborn care basics including feeding (breastfeeding, pumping, and paced bottle feeding), diapering, burping, soothing techniques, swaddling, gas relief, and sleep support. We’re especially looking for someone who can actively teach and guide us during sessions so we can learn and feel confident caring for our baby. We would also appreciate guidance on what is normal for newborn behavior vs. when to be concerned. Hands-on help with bathing (especially the first few times) would be very helpful. For postpartum recovery, occasional guidance such as sitz baths, padsicles, and belly binding would be appreciated. Light baby-related tasks (cleaning bottles/pump parts, baby laundry) are a plus if time allows. We’re ultimately looking for a calm, supportive presence who can help ease anxiety and provide reassurance as we transition into parenthood. Budget: Approximately $28/hour (insurance-based, Anthem PPO coverage)
I plan to give birth in hospital via C section. Estimated budget is $5,000. I plan to combo feed but would like to prioritize breastfeeding. I had a c section with my first and it was a hard recovery for me.

We’d love someone knowledgeable in breastfeeding support and newborn development, who can also guide us through establishing healthy sleep habits. We’re hoping to find a calm, reliable professional with strong references and up-to-date certifications who can partner with us to create a supportive, well-rested environment for both baby and parents. At minimum: Infant CPR + First Aid certification (non-negotiable) Proven newborn experience (0–3 months specifically) Strongly preferred: Formal Newborn Care Specialist training (like programs through Newborn Care Solutions or International Nanny Association) Lactation background (e.g., Certified Lactation Counselor or International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners certification) Sleep training knowledge (even if informal, but they should be able to clearly explain their approach) Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP, flu, COVID depending on your preference) Nice-to-have: Postpartum doula certification (via orgs like DONA International) Background check and insured/bonded status

We are looking for support with overnight care (and/or daytime care— depending on your availability), feeding and sleep routines, and general newborn care guidance. If possible, I would also love to hear about your experience with infants around this age, your certifications, your typical schedule, and your rates. If you are currently available, I’d be happy to schedule a quick call to discuss details and see if we might be a good fit. Thank you so much, and I look forward to hearing from you. Warmly, Sophia

We are looking for an experienced night nurse / night doula to support our family in the early newborn months. Our baby will be born at Providence Little Company of Mary in Torrance, and we are hoping to find someone who can begin in late December or early January. You would sleep over in our guest room, and after I feed the baby in the evenings, you would take over nighttime care—diaper changes, soothing, and putting him back to sleep—so that my husband can rest for work. I may need occasional lactation support, though I can also consult additional resources as needed. We would also appreciate light housekeeping and light baby laundry during quiet moments in the night. We are looking for someone warm, qualified, and dependable who has experience with newborns and feels comfortable with overnight shifts.
