Our baby boy is three months old, he is our first. We’re looking for daytime in home support My work schedule is unpredictable so my wife sometimes is left alone with baby for long hours on end. Shift Objective Provide complete overnight care for the baby using frozen breast milk so Mom only wakes up for one single pump session around [e.g., 2:00 AM / 3:00 AM] and gets two long stretches of uninterrupted sleep. 1. Feeding with Frozen Milk Thawing Milk: Defrost frozen breast milk bags in the refrigerator or under cool running water as needed. Warm gently in warm water (do not microwave or boil). Schedule: Feed the baby on demand or every [e.g., 2.5–3 hours] using the thawed milk. Care Routine: Handle all burping, holding upright, diaper changes, and resettling in the nursery crib/bassinet. 2. The Single Overnight Pump Session Single Wake-Up ([e.g., 2:30 AM]): At the agreed time, gently wake Mom or bring her the electric pump setup. Collection & Storage: When Mom finishes, collect the freshly pumped milk. Pour it into breast milk storage bags, label with the date, time, and exact volume (oz/mL), and place flat in the freezer. Cleaning: Wash and sanitize the pump flanges and parts immediately after collecting them so they are ready for the morning. 3. End-of-Shift Hand-Off Night Log: Record all feed times, amounts consumed (from thawed milk), diaper changes, and sleep intervals. Inventory Check: Note how many frozen milk bags were used during the shift so Mom knows when to replenish the fridge/freezer stock. Morning Prep: Ensure all bottles, pump parts, and counter spaces are clean, sanitized, and organized for the morning.

Overnight support for 15 week old. Mom and dad are both in recovery from physical ailments that make caring for baby difficult.
* Overnight newborn care: diapering, soothing, burping, settling and getting baby back to sleep. * Breastfeeding support: bring baby to me only when a feed is needed, then take over immediately afterward. If you pump/use bottles, nanny handles the feeding when possible. * Maximize uninterrupted sleep: structure nights so i am not waking for every diaper change, burp or settling. * Bottle/pump management: wash and sterilize bottles and pump parts, prepare feeds and safely store breast milk/formula. * Newborn sleep habits: gradually establish appropriate day/night differentiation and good sleep routines—not formal sleep training in the newborn stage. * Basic overnight baby tasks: restock changing supplies and keep the feeding/changing area organized. * Experience and safety: infant CPR/first aid, safe-sleep knowledge, newborn experience and strong references.

Hi there! I am actually reaching out on behalf of my sister who lives in Barrie Ontario. As you can see from my phone number, I do not live in Canada anymore. She is currently entering 3 weeks postpartum and her and her partner are starting to feel the stress from lack of sleep and no support. Her baby boy is also quite gassy and colic and is looking for some assistance overnight, twice a week, for some extra hands and maybe some helpful tips and knowledge on proper feeding and burping techniques for their little one. As I know this is an urgent request - we are looking for someone asap - please let me know if this is doable on your end. It truly does take a village! I just want to try and help support her any way I can even if that means from afar <3
