Hospital birth. First time mom and really nervous

I want to give birth at home. I want to heal from my first hospital birth that was traumatic, to say the least. Estimated budget is approx. $5000-$7500., a la carte options would be great as well.

I would like a at home birth , if in hospital i would like the doula to be present . I would like a doula that accepts Medicaid . I do not want to lay on my back during birth , natural ways to release pain and stay calm , blessing of the baby with herbal bath.

I’m 45 and this is our first child. I’m considered very high risk so I have to give birth at the Greenville hospital where my specialist are. I want a doula to teach me better breathing for delivery and positions of birthing. I also want the doula to be in delivery to help protect me and the baby from anything against my birthing plan.
