Plan to give birth at hospital in Winston Salem, NC. Not sure of estimated budget, would like as much covered as possible by insurance. Birth plan - vaginal, want to go natural as long as possible but not opposed to epidural, also not opposed to c section if medically necessary. Insurance - blue cross blue shield through Novant health.

Atrium health hospital, want to learn different tips and tricks when it comes to giving birth

First baby at 33 years old, leaning towards unmedicated hospital birth, with high anxiety around birth. We still have a ways to go but I would love any and all help/knowledge you have to share. I am currently going to Lyndhurst for all OB visits, I believe their doctors deliver at Novant Hospital. I have Tricare Select for health insurance.
