I am a mother of four and love helping new moms as well as experienced moms have a smooth and healing postpartum experience. I have experience with breastfeeding (having breastfed all four babies as well as exclusively pumped) as well as how to overcome nursing strikes and bottle preference. I can teach new moms infant care - breast or bottle feeding, diaper changing, swaddling, bathing, safe sleep, introducing solids, tummy time and onto toddler care and beyond. I enjoy cooking and preparing nourishing postpartum meals that include milk-boosting superfoods, food rich in minerals and vitamins that postpartum moms need as well as comforting foods that will help moms feel taken care of. Adding, that I would do well in that field due to my caring nature. After more research, I began seeing the need for this service and fell in love with this industry. In 2019, I became a Dona trained Birth Doula, obtained certifications in: Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), Postpartum Doula(PPD), Basic Life Support(BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), CPR, First Aid and trained in Benkung Belly Binding.
