Hello! My name is Brenda Nieves-Wong. I am a Health Services Coordinator and Birth Doula. I earned my training with DONA International and ProDoula. I am bi-lingual and a Christian. I love babies and to empower mothers to have the best birth and experience. I like to create new things, do art and crafts, read, watch movies, visit farmer’s markets or go to the beach. I enjoy spending time with my family and eating healthy.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Full service

This package includes virtual or 3 in-person visits at home, birth photos and continuous labor support. I will do the post-partum visit after birth at home or at the hospital. I am available for an additional post-partum visits. $1,000 - $2,000 ( within 40 miles)

What to expect

I offer coaching, nutrition education, support and companion for prenatal visits, birth and labor. I offer postpartum support after birth and infant care.

How will I know when it is time to go to the hospital?

When you are having regular strong contractions every 5 minutes for a minute for the past hour or if your water breaks and you know you are dilating.

What do I need to bring to the hospital?

Bring the infant car seat. A cooler if you plan to keep the placenta. Your packed bag with comfortable change of clothes and slippers. Your cell phone charger and chap stick. The baby bag with the basic necessities. Snacks and water bottle
