Plan to give birth at Winchester Hospital. Having my first baby and hoping to have a low-intervention vaginal birth. I'm still considering/learning about specific plan details. I'm more nervous about feeling rushed or pressured by hospital staff than I am nervous about birth itself, and I'm looking for someone to advocate for and support the experience I want to have within a hospital setting.

Education & Guidance * Newborn care support. * Breastfeeding and/or formula-feeding guidance. * Postpartum recovery tips. * Baby sleep and soothing basics. * Helping me understand what's normal and when it's time to call my doctor. 3.Physical Support * Continuous support during labor. * Comfort measures such as breathing techniques, positioning, massage, and relaxation. * Light postpartum help, such as meal prep or simple household tasks. * Assistance setting up baby stations and making my home feel ready. 4. What Makes a Doula Stand Out to Me * Easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable. * Responds in a timely manner. * Has helpful resources and recommendations ready. * Creates a welcoming, judgment-free environment, especially for moms with little or no support system. * Helps moms feel seen, encouraged, and less alone. * Supports me emotionally while respecting and sharing my Christian faith and values.

The plan is to give birth at Brigham and Women's Hospital unmedicated as my mom had complications from an epidural I have endometriosis so I have a pretty high pain tolerance right now we have a pretty open budget

Hospital birth, $2500 budget, would like a natural birth

I’m planning to give birth in a hospital because I feel most comfortable having medical support available. I definitely plan on getting an epidural for pain management, but I still want the experience to feel as calm and supported as possible. My budget is around $800–$1,500, depending on what’s included. I’m open to some flexibility if it’s a really good fit and includes prenatal and postpartum support. For my birth plan, I’m hoping for a smooth vaginal delivery, but I’m also realistic and open to whatever is safest for me and the baby. Since I plan on getting an epidural, I’d really like someone who can help me stay relaxed, guide me through the process, and support both me and my partner during labor. Communication is really important to me—I want to understand what’s happening and feel involved in decisions. After birth, I’d love immediate skin-to-skin contact and some guidance during those first few hours. Postpartum support would also be really helpful

We are looking for someone kind, caring, compassionate, and open to 5 days a week, 10 hours per night (probably 9 pm - 7 am). Hi, I am looking for newborn care support during the day ideally from about 12-5pm two times a week. English would be the preferred spoken language. I am still working on finding out if my insurance covers doula services. I'd like help with sleep training for newborn and general postpartum support for myself. Hospital birth As natural as possible but high risk-bicuspid aortic valve-being seen by MFM Plan to use insurance Birth plan: epidural or possibly not, laboring down as much as long as possible allowing fetal ejection reflex to hopefully take place so minimal pushing. I declined the use of a forceps/suction assisted birth. C section is also still on the table. Want to move about freely or if there’s an epidural in place assistance moving, do not want to birth on my back. Minimal vaccines, delaying schedule and not doing all of them. Must be the preservative free vitamin k shot and if not available then drops only. Delayed cord clamping until white or not pulsating. Baby stays in room with us at all times for all tests etc.. plan to breast feed.
