💗 What’s Included: • 30 Hours of In-Home Support (can be used in 3–6 hour sessions) • Newborn care: soothing, swaddling, diapering, bathing • Feeding support: breast/chestfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping • Emotional support: non-judgmental space to talk, process birth, and ask questions • Light household help: baby laundry, bottle washing, tidying, light meal/snack prep • Parental wellness: time for rest, showering, and self-care • Referrals: trusted local resources (lactation, mental health, pediatricians, etc.)

💫 What’s Included: • 1–3 Prenatal Visits (in-person or virtual) To discuss your birth preferences, comfort techniques, birth plan, and any fears or questions. • 24/7 On-Call Support starting at 30 weeks until birth I’m available by phone/text to answer questions, provide reassurance, or help you decide when to head to your birth location. • Labor & Birth Support Continuous in-person support during active labor and delivery — at home, birthing center, or hospital • Comfort measures (breathing, massage, positioning, counter-pressure) • Emotional support and encouragement • Support for your birth partner (so they feel included and confident) • Advocacy for your preferences in the birth space • Immediate Postpartum Support (1–3 hours after birth) Assistance with baby’s first feeding, bonding, and emotional grounding • 2 Postpartum Check-in Visit To reflect on your birth, offer light newborn/feeding support, and check in on your emotional wellbeing

My goal is to help you feel confident, calm, and fully supported throughout the birthing process. Here’s what I provide: • Prenatal meetings to discuss your birth plan + preferences • Physical + emotional support during labor and birth • Comfort techniques (breathing, movement, massage, positioning) • Partner support and education • Continuous encouragement and advocacy in your chosen birth space • Immediate postpartum support (first feeding, skin-to-skin, grounding care) ⸻ 🌿 Postpartum Doula Services Include: Support during the fourth trimester to help ease your transition into parenthood while you recover and bond with your baby. Here’s what I offer: • Newborn care + soothing techniques • Feeding support (breast/chest, bottle, pumping guidance) • Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, tidying nursery spaces) • Meal prep/snack setup for healing and nourishment • Emotional check-ins and space to talk about your experience • Guidance with babywearing, sleep routines, and resources • Sibling support (if needed)
