About Yiska

Hello! I’m a doula, massage therapist and acupuncturist going back 27 years, deeply passionate about supporting people throughout pregnancy and the childbirth experience. I developed a curriculum to teach doulas and expectant parents in Comforting Touch practices for birth, so they can feel confident offering touch to as a comfort measure to birthing people. I also offer a Comforting Touch for Babies class to extend the gift of touch to the little ones as well!
