About me

Hello! I’m a doula, massage therapist and acupuncturist going back 27 years, deeply passionate about supporting people throughout pregnancy and the childbirth experience. I developed a curriculum to teach doulas and expectant parents in Comforting Touch practices for birth, so they can feel confident offering touch to as a comfort measure to birthing people. I also offer a Comforting Touch for Babies class to extend the gift of touch to the little ones as well! If you need any support in this chapter of life, consider me a resource for hands-on support if you’re local to the NYC/Hudson Valley area, or a variety of virtual offerings wherever you are.
