About me

Aarabi is a Tamil-Canadian who is certifying to become a full-spectrum doula and would love to support you in your birth, postpartum. fertility or infant/pregnancy loss journey. She is driven by a passion for equity and living with a chronic mental health condition herself, she knows how much it matters to have someone who really understands what you're going through at one of the most vulnerable times in your life.

Service introduction

Consultation (30 minutes to 1 hour): Have questions about doula work or want to see if we're a good fit? Let's take some time to chat wherever is most comfortable (either virtually or in person) and I can let you know about my services and how I can help! Pre-natal (1 hour): Whether it's childbirth questions or what to do when postpartum hits, I'm here to answer all the questions you may have! Feel free to book time with me so we can go over anything and everything birth and postpartum! I am flexible to meet at home, at a coffee shop/mall or online! Postpartum service: Looking for a helping hand while handling your newborn! Feel free to schedule some time with me so we can tackle parenthood together!

Prenatals

1 hour sessions: Whether it's childbirth questions or what to do when postpartum hits, I'm here to answer all the questions you may have! Feel free to book time with me so we can go over anything and everything birth and postpartum! I am flexible to meet at home, at a coffee shop/mall or online!

Birth support

This involves doula care pre-birth and during labour! There will be 2 prenatal sessions included in this package so we can go over what you're looking to get out of your labour experience. The package also includes labour support which means 24/7 on-call availability from me and I will be present for the birth and a hour or two after to help with lactation and infant care.

Birth and Three Weeks Postpartum Support

This involves labour support and postpartum support for three weeks. I am available to answer any and all questions regarding postpartum and labour delivery. I can help take care of the household, prep your meals and help with the newborn to make your adjustment to parenthood just a little bit easier. I am available from 5-10 PM, five days a week.
