Basic Birth Doula Package

Support that’s simple, personalized, and focused on helping you feel confident and empowered. What’s included: • Prenatal Support: 1–2 visits to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and create a birth plan. • Labor & Birth Support: Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor. Comfort measures, relaxation techniques, and advocacy included. • Immediate Postpartum Support: Assistance during the first hours after birth, including guidance with newborn care and breastfeeding if desired. • Ongoing Availability: Phone or text support leading up to your birth. This package is designed for first-time parents or anyone looking for focused, supportive care without extras like extended postpartum visits.

Enhanced Birth Doula Package

For those who want extra support before, during, and after birth: • 2–4 prenatal visits to prepare for all birth scenarios and teach comfort techniques • Continuous labor support, plus optional partner coaching • 2–3 postpartum visits to support recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding/chestfeeding • Unlimited phone/text support and access to educational resources and referrals
