I’m a Postpartum Doula in Montgomery County. Maryland offering holistic-minded postpartum support that draws inspiration from ancient postpartum care traditions and the slow living movement. Native to Puerto Rico, my interest in birth and postpartum care was fully realized after seeing my 17th sibling born at home with a beautiful local midwife. She apprenticed and ignited my passion for birth work as an 11 year old. Decades later, it is my joy and privilege to walk alongside mothers during this sacred time.

I’m a Postpartum Doula in Montgomery County, MD offering holistic-minded postpartum support that draws inspiration from ancient postpartum care traditions and the slow living movement. Native to Puerto Rico, my interest in birth and postpartum care was realized after seeing my 17th sibling born at home with a beautiful local midwife. The transition into parenthood is full of challenges, from sleepless nights to the grief of leaving your old self behind. I’m here not only to walk alongside you, but to help you create a postpartum experience where you can rest, heal, and truly embrace a slower pace during your golden month. Preparation is key when it comes to creating this which is why I meet with you before baby comes to ensure we can plan for better outcomes no matter what happens in the fourth trimester. You deserve support as you bond with baby and honor your own healing and transition period—I will be with you through all of it.
