Hi, I’m Bria a birth doula and one of the founders of The Birth Circle Project. I believe pregnancy and birth are sacred rites of passage, not just medical events. A doula is important because every woman deserves continuous emotional support, informed guidance, and steady advocacy during one of the most transformative experiences of her life. Medical providers focus on clinical outcomes; I focus on you your voice, your comfort, your partner, your confidence, and the protection of your birth space. I don’t just show up when labor starts I prepare you, ground you, educate you, and walk alongside you with intentional, layered support through a two-doula care model. If you’re currently pregnant or know someone who is, I would be honored to serve as your doula.

At The Birth Circle Project, I provide comprehensive support for families throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. My services include prenatal visits to prepare you physically, emotionally, and educationally for birth. We focus on birth planning, informed consent, emotional processing, and physiological preparation so you feel confident and empowered entering labor. During birth, I provide continuous support, comfort measures, positioning, coping techniques, and advocacy aligned with your preferences, ensuring your voice is always heard. Postpartum care is a core part of my approach. I offer follow-up visits to support your physical recovery, lactation guidance, and emotional wellness check-ins. Families also benefit from extended text and phone support, access to mental health resources, and referrals to aligned practitioners in the community. All clients are supported through a two-doula model, providing layered, uninterrupted care to ensure you feel fully seen, supported, and protected throughout this sacred journey.
