Looking for a doula that is going to help me mentally and physically leading up to my due date. I would like to find someone that can also be there for me after the birth with any questions I may have as far as personally or regarding the baby. I am wanting to do a natural birth / no epidural.

Chronic lower back pain with hip pain now due to pregnancy. Interested in knowing about postpartum doula services though unsure if we’d want this currently.

Birth plan: I am new to learning about birth plans, so I do not have a detailed one yet. My goal is to have a safe hospital delivery for myself and my baby.
