I would appreciate a doula who can educate me on different birth options, help me understand what to expect throughout pregnancy, and support me in creating a flexible birth plan as I learn what feels right for me. I am also navigating a co-parenting situation and would appreciate support with communication, preparing for the baby together, and understanding how my partner and I can work as a team throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My main goal is to feel informed, prepared, confident, and supported rather than overwhelmed. I would love someone who is patient, nonjudgmental, willing to answer questions, and able to help me understand my choices so I can make decisions that are right for me and my baby.

Hello, I am planning to deliver our first baby (boy) at Fort Benning at Martin Army Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. I plan on laboring at home as long as I can, then to get an epidural. Looking for someone to be open minded to being able to get me into different positions to continue labor progression. Also, looking for someone who takes Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance.

I need a overnight doula maybe 3 times a week With feeding and changing experience not very expensive can do 2 times a week if necessary!

I’m still comparing options and would like to understand what is included in each doula’s package before setting a firm budget. I’m looking for a good balance of experience, support, and cost. Describe your birth plan:
I’m planning a low-intervention, physiological hospital birth. I would like to labor without an epidural if possible and remain mobile during labor, using movement, different positions, breathing, massage, and other non-medication comfort measures. I would like to avoid unnecessary interventions while remaining open to medical intervention if it becomes necessary for me or the baby. In a doula, I’m especially looking for someone experienced with hospital births who strongly supports informed consent and patient autonomy, can help me communicate and advocate for my preferences without creating an adversarial relationship with the medical team, and is comfortable providing hands-on support throughout labor. I’m Catholic, so I would also appreciate someone who is comfortable with prayer or faith being part of the birth environment, although the doula does not need to share my faith.

I need a doula that can help with my pregnancy and child birth. Im considered high risk but I want to avoid a c-section as much as possible. During labor I also want to avoid any rips or tears. Give birth in hospital. I don’t have a very large budget. I am more seeking for how much something like this would cost and if it is available to me. This is my first child and I am wanting to go unmedicated and have little to none medical intervention.
