Newborn that needs further support with feeding, changing and diapering at night while wife recovers from c section
Hospital I will be using Medicaid Just hoping for a safe smooth delivery no problems or testing is my goal. No c sections is my goal as well
Mainly birth support. I really don’t want to have a c section unless medically necessary. Would like to try without an epidural but am not fully against it.
I’m looking for an experienced, compassionate, and reliable night nanny/night nurse Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) or Overnight Postpartum Doula to help care for my newborn during the overnight hours. As a first-time mom, I’m looking for someone who will not only provide excellent care for my baby but also help guide and support me through the newborn stage. Provider Requirements: * Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), postpartum doula, RN, LPN, or equivalent newborn care training preferred. * Infant CPR and First Aid certified (required). * Training in newborn safety, safe sleep practices, and choking response. * At least 3-5 years of experience caring for newborns and infants. * English-speaking. A second language is not necessary. * Preferably age 25 or older with strong references and a calm, nurturing personality. Care Recipient: * Newborn infant. * No known special medical needs. * I plan to breastfeed if possible, but I understand that feeding plans may change depending on my baby’s needs. I’m looking for someone experienced in supporting breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, and formula feeding if needed, while helping me establish a healthy feeding routine. Responsibilities: * Overnight newborn care. * Assist with feedings, burping, diaper changes, soothing, and settling the baby back to sleep. * Monitor the baby’s well-being throughout the night. * Provide guidance and education on newborn care and help build my confidence as a first-time parent. * Support healthy newborn sleep habits (age-appropriate sleep guidance—not formal sleep training for a newborn). * Wash and sanitize bottles and pump parts. * Baby laundry. * Organize and restock the nursery, diaper station, and baby supplies. * Keep all baby-related items clean, organized, and ready for the next day. * Light housekeeping related to the baby only (laundry, bottles, nursery organization, etc.). My goal is for the baby and nursery to be fully prepared each morning so I can take over around 7:00 AM feeling rested and confident. I’m looking for someone who is patient, knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely passionate about caring for newborns and supporting new parents.
Hi, I just moved back to Atlanta and friends with Whitney Petrone and she mentioned that you help out with Drew. I wanted to see your availability and pricing to be a night nurse for 6-8 weeks. Do you do 24 hour nursing too? Looking forward to connecting with you!
