Baby was latching before and now is no longer latching

Horrible latch. She doesn’t open her mouth why she also was born slightly early her latches excruciating so I know she’s on a raw but I still feed through it. It starts with a T, but she does show some of those symptoms of life favoring one side over the other being in a slight curve when you lay her straight, but I also don’t know if that’s just because she’s a newborn so I wanted to see if maybe she needed to see PT and chiropractor to see what all we can work on to help with her latch her pediatrician did mention that she may have a slight lip tie, but she wasn’t sure about a tongue tie. She’s also 10 days old.
