We are beyond grateful for Aileana and the incredible impact she has had on our family of four children (ages 11, 10, 4, and 2). From the very beginning, she has shown an extraordinary ability to balance the unique needs of each of our kids, meeting them exactly where they are in their stages of life. She has been so much more than just “help with the kids” — she has become a trusted partner in their growth. With our older two, she encourages independence, responsibility, and kindness, while keeping them engaged in their daily routines and schoolwork. With our little ones, she is endlessly patient and nurturing, always creating fun, educational activities that help them learn and grow. It is amazing to see how each of our children has thrived under her care. On top of her attentiveness with the kids, she consistently goes above and beyond with day-to-day household tasks. Whether it’s tidying up, helping keep schedules running smoothly, or just anticipating needs before we even mention them, she makes our lives so much easier. She is punctual, dependable, trustworthy, and has a natural ability to bring calm and structure to even the busiest of days. What stands out most is her heart. She genuinely loves our children and treats them as if they were her own. Knowing that our kids are safe, cared for, and happy in her presence gives us such peace of mind. We could not ask for anyone better, and we feel truly blessed to have her as part of our family. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. She is an absolute treasure!
