Hello! My name is Ailena, and I am a dedicated and nurturing caregiver with over 2 years of professional nanny experience, including caring for infants with special medical needs. In addition, I have 5+ years of babysitting experience across different ages, which has given me a strong foundation in supporting children through each stage of development.
