Hello everyone my name is Alessandra I am a certified birth and postpartum doula located in SAN Francisco, I’m passionate about providing compassionate care and supporting families during one of the most important moments of their lives: the arrival of a new member. My mission is to provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, helping women feel empowered and confident in their choices. I believe that every birth experience should be respectful and unique, and I am here to listen, guide, and provide a welcoming and safe environment. With empathy and dedication, I seek to help each family experience this journey in a positive and meaningful way.

Service introduction

Postpartum support is an essential part of my doula services. After your baby arrives, I will be available to help you transition into your new family routine. This includes: Emotional Support: The postpartum period can be emotionally challenging. I will be there to listen to your concerns, offer encouragement, and help you work through any feelings that may arise, such as anxiety or sadness. Practical Support: I provide guidance on newborn care, including breastfeeding, diaper changing, and soothing techniques. My goal is to help you feel more confident and comfortable in this new role. Recovery Guidance: I will help you navigate your physical recovery after birth, providing self-care information and resources that may be helpful during this time of adjustment. I am committed to ensuring that you feel supported and valued during this special time in your life. I am here to help make your postpartum experience as smooth and rewarding as possible.
