Hi! I specialize in working with new moms in the transition to parenthood. I work with moms during pregnancy and postpartum to help them overcome worry, anxiety, perfectionism, depression, and other trauma. I can support you in managing the transition to motherhood, changes in your relationships, and changes in your identity. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

I provide individual therapy and parent coaching. Although I do not directly accept insurance I can provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
