Hello! I’m excited to connect with families here and offer my doula services to those who may need extra support during the beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) postpartum period. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many wonderful families, and they often share how much more confident, relaxed, and cared-for they felt with me by their side. I am a doula that offer care, gentle baby massage, and soothing oil massages for moms to help with recovery and self-care after birth. I also offer meal prep for the first week to lighten the load and give you more time to rest and bond with your baby. My goal is to bring calm, comfort, and practical help to your home, making those early days as smooth and nurturing as possible. Each family’s needs are unique, so I offer a variety of postpartum support packages tailored to different levels of care. Services such as baby massage, meal preparation, sibling assistance, night care, and more are available across these packages. My rates range from $45 to $55 per hour, depending on the level of support and time of day. I’m happy to discuss your specific needs and help you choose the package that best fits your family

What to expect

As a dedicated postpartum doula, I provide compassionate and comprehensive support to families adjusting to life with a new baby. My services experience and service goes by soothing baby massages to promote relaxation and bonding, nutritious meal preparation to help nourish recovering parents, and gentle care of baby laundry to keep little ones comfortable. I also offer thoughtful assistance to the entire family, including older siblings, to ensure everyone feels supported during this transition. My postpartum massages help new mothers heal and relax, while my overnight baby care allows parents to rest and recharge. I also take care of essential tasks such as bottle and pump washing, giving families the time and peace of mind they need to focus on their well-being and their growing bond with their newborn.
